I fabricated this sterling silver treasure by cutting and fitting individual pieces of wire and sheet and soldering them together. The bird has almost 20 different components to its construction. It stands guard over a nest which resembles the one that hummingbirds make from moss, feather down and spiderwebs. It measures ~ 4"x5" and 3" high.
